Yes. If you’re booking the Peacock Room, you’re welcome to play your own music using our AUX connection and in-house speakers. We just ask that music is kept at a reasonable volume throughout the event.

There is no room hire fee. We ask for a non-refundable deposit, which is fully redeemable against your final bill on the day. Please note that minimum guest numbers apply to some spaces.

Yes, children are very welcome at The Duke of Wellington. We do ask that guests under the age of 18 leave the pub by 9pm.

Yes – we’re a dog-friendly pub, and dogs are welcome throughout the venue. For larger evening events, we recommend that dogs head home by 9pm, as their hearing can be more sensitive in busier environments.

If you’re booking the Peacock Room for more than 30 guests, you’ll have access to a private bar and a dedicated bartender for your event.

We don’t have on-site parking, but there is on-street parking available nearby. The pub is also well connected by public transport, with Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill Gate stations within walking distance.

Yes, The Duke of Wellington offers private and semi-private spaces for parties, celebrations and group gatherings in the heart of Notting Hill, just off Portobello Road. Our Peacock Room and Snug provide flexible options depending on the size and style of your event.

Our spaces can host both seated dining and standing celebrations. The Peacock Room can accommodate up to 30 seated or 50 standing guests, while The Snug is ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 16 seated or 20 standing.
